Reports are issued based on the facts, not on suppositions.

The process begins with a careful review of the claimant's history and the claimant's pertinent medical records, including test results and necessary diagnostic images.

Claimants are asked to complete an injury history form to help obtain the claimant's perspective on the events and medical treatment. This is reviewed in detail with the claimant before the physical evaluation. 

Following the physical evaluation, the process concludes with professional opinions on disease, causation, treatment, impairment, and ability to work.
